Lodestar Iced Tea

Ingredients

2 oz Lodestar Whiskey
2 oz chilled Lapsang Souchong Tea
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
orange peel garnish

Instructions

Combine all ingredients except for the orange peel and then pour into a long drink glass with ice.

Twist the orange peel over the glass to release the oils in the peel, then add as a garnish to the glass.

To make the tea, steep one tea bag in 8-10 oz boiling water and let the tea come to room temperature before discarding the tea bag (this makes a stronger, more flavor-full tea). Chill the tea before making the cocktail. Lapsang Souchong Tea can be ordered HERE.
